Dr. Crumpacker graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (1992) and Master of Science in Management (1994) Degrees. He earned an MBA from Campbell University (1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1999) Degree from NCWC before earning a Doctorate from the University of Sarasota in Business Administration – Management (2005). Dr. Crumpacker serves as the Department Chair, Business Analytics and Computer Information Systems, Faculty Advisor for the Delta Mu Delta, and member of the ACBSP Region 3 Board of Directors. Dr. Crumpacker has served as (a) a Division Chair, (b) the Director of an Honors Program, (c) a Phi Beta Lambda chapter advisor, and (d) the advisor of an International Student Club. Additionally, Dr. Crumpacker has served on the North Carolina Phi Beta Lambda Board, as President of the North Carolina Honors Association, and as Chair of the Elevator Pitch and Entrepreneurship Competition. Prior to a career in academia with the University of Mount Olive, Dr. Crumpacker worked eight years in the private sector in various roles that include Industrial Engineer and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.
