Lucas has helped double the student body and/or footprint of each of his university employers through mergers, new programs, and implementations of strategic plans. A Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Lucas received his bachelor of arts from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul, graduate degrees from Dallas Seminary and the University of North Texas, and an MBA from WGU.
