Motivation, online learning obstacles, and student retention: A segment-level approach

This presentation examines how business students based on demographics, behavioral and perceptual variables report obstacles to online learning.  The result suggests instructional strategies to minimize the effect of the obstacles to increase retention and learning effectiveness in an online setting.
