A Training Proposal for Entrepreneurial Leaders in Latin America
Entrepreneurship has been stablished as the main driver of societies’ wealth if considering that organizations are the ones who energize any countries’ economy. In that sense, abilities and capabilities are being mandatory for entrepreneurs and societies to develop. A big picture from the above are all the cases where individual entrepreneurs increase their own abilities and consequently, the companies’ productivity and capacity grow as well. This proposal addresses the research achievements and methodology that our Business School in Universidad del Rosario has generated across years looking at the entrepreneurship center and the doctoral school, whose main focus is the strategic leadership and environment. We justify entrepreneurship is indissociable from innovation processes to have continuous development. Moreover, we ponder how training programs can be improved in Latin- America regarding the competitiveness, entrepreneurship, transparency and GDP growth indexes correlations.
