Virtual Conference Help Guide
We are very excited to welcome you to ACBSP Virtual Conference 2020. We want to make this experience as rewarding and engaging as possible.
We will launch the virtual conference at 10:00 AM-EDT on Monday, June 22. While the live broadcasts will take place June 22–24, 2020, you will have access to all the recorded content as part of your registration. In the meantime, here are some tips that might prove helpful on the following matters:

How to Attend
Click the personalized link from your email (Subject Line: Your Access to ACBSP Virtual Conference 2020) to access ACBSP Virtual Conference 2020. The link will direct you to the following page:
From here, you will want to enter the lobby as your portal to the conference. The lobby will reveal the navigation bar at the top where you can find the agenda, exhibitors, and our on-demand webinars. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com.
How to Obtain Materials
Whether you click on the agenda or the on-demand webinars, your “room” will provide a consistent platform for your navigation. To the right of the screen, you will find a place to ask questions, respond to polls, and obtain handouts. Please note attendees will have their microphones and webcams disabled during the presentations. For the sessions with assigned time slots, ACBSP team members will always be in the room to provide assistance such as navigating the event rooms and to answer questions whenever necessary. How to Connect
There will be two primary locations to connect with your fellow attendees. In addition to the webinar rooms, we want to ensure that everyone stops by the Exhibitor Marketplace. Our corporate sponsors are essential to our members’ success and they have helped make this conference much more affordable. Your colleagues from throughout the world will be available in the Exhibitor Marketplace in addition to the sponsors who helped make ACBSP Virtual Conference 2020 a reality.
Another way to connect is to schedule a one-on-one appointment with our Chief Accreditation Officer, Dr. Steven Parscale. He will be available to answer accreditation questions when not in session and after the conference ends. If you would like to schedule a one-on-one appointment for commissioners from either the Associate Degree Board of Commissioners or the Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree Board of Commissioners, please contact Cari Hunziker at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will put you in touch with your assigned commissioner to schedule an appointment. Once the conference concludes, you can join us for more content as ACBSP will resume its popular Coffee & Conversation Series.

A Few Basics
Before you enter a webinar, please make sure you are using a current browser for your online interaction. BigMarker—our platform provider—recommends Google Chrome as the best option. You will also need reliable internet to view the live sessions. You may find your experience interrupted if your download speed is less than 10 Mbps or your upload speed is less than 5 Mbps. Earphones are another way to help enhance your viewing experience.
Once your computer is ready, here are some additional tips about the webinar experience. Below, you can see another screenshot from the webinar platform. Only presenters will have microphones and cameras. You will watch the workshop on the left and the interactive portions will be on the right. You can chat on the right, and—most important—you will find the speaker materials under the Handouts tab on the top right corner.
Some speakers may use polls that allow you to vote. You will also find offers from our sponsors in select sessions. As always, you can email email@example.com for more help.
