Question:How do I pay for my registration?
Acceptable payment methods have changed this year. In order to register, a major credit card (VISA/MasterCard/American Express) is required. Once credit card information has been entered, your payment will be processed immediately.
If you are unable to pay by credit card, email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How do I know I have been registered?
Near the end of the registration process, you will see a button that says “Finish” at the bottom of the payment page. After credit card information has been entered, make sure to click “Finish” to complete your registration.
If your payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation number via email. If you do not receive a confirmation number, then your registration has not been completed and you have not been registered for the conference.
If your credit card has been charged, but you did not receive a confirmation email, contact email@example.com.
I accidentally exited my registration before I was finished. What do I do next?
If you accidentally close out of the registration window, click the register button again. You will be asked if you would like to continue using the saved information or to start over. Choosing to use the saved information will bring you back to where you last left off.
Remember, you are not registered for the conference until you have paid and received your confirmation number.
How do I make changes to my registration?
Answer:If you need to modify your registration (without cancelling it), you will need your confirmation number. At the top of this page, you will see a link that says “Already Registered?” Click that link and you will be prompted to enter your confirmation number.You may make any changes needed, except cancelling your registration altogether. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your registration. Please be aware of the refund deadlines.
Does registering for the conference also reserve my hotel room?
No, it does not. You will have to reserve your hotel room separately. This site is only for conference registration.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Once you have registered for the conference, you can reserve your hotel room online: https://book.passkey.com/e/49996261
What is the group code for reserving my hotel room?
There is no group code. If you register online using the link above, the ACBSP group rate is automatically applied. If you prefer to call to reserve your room, call 877-303-0104 and mention the ACBSP Annual Conference. No other code will be needed.
What happens with my email address and contact information?
ACBSP seeks to be a good steward of the information you provide to us during registration. By providing your contact information, we may use it to notify you of important Conference news, to solicit your feedback after the conference, as well as to notify you of future ACBSP events.We may also share your information with our regional councils and those valued partners present at the Conference.If you prefer your information to not be shared, contact email@example.com. Your contact information will not be shared and will only be used by ACBSP.
