Want a Speedy Check-in? Register Online Before Arriving!

Friday, June 21 is the first official day of ACBSP Conference 2019. We expect at least half of all attendees — 300 to 500 people — to check-in on Day One based on past experiences. If you’ve already paid and registered, you can expect a relatively quick and easy check-in process!

But if you have not yet registered and paid (i.e. you do not have a registration confirmation number), on-site registration adds some additional steps that can slow you down. It takes time for an available registration staff member to enter all of your information into the system and process your payment. After that, you’ll still have to jump into the check-in line. What normally takes only a few minutes could take 10-15 minutes or more, per person.

As a result, we strongly encourage those who are planning to attend, but have not yet registered, to do so. Online registration is still open* and those who are able to pay with a credit card should register online before arriving. If you’re paying by some other method, such as by check, registration staff will need to assist you on-site.

Reminder: If you register and pay on-site at the registration desk, you will be assessed an additional $50 walk-in registration fee, no matter your payment method.

Our registration and check-in desk, located on Level Four of the hotel, will be open on the following days and times:

  • Thursday, June 20 – 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday, June 21 – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Desk is closed during the Opening General Session)
  • Saturday, June 22 – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Desk is closed during the Impact General Session)
  • Sunday, June 23, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Desk is closed during the Salute to Regions General Session)

Safe travels to all — we’re excited to see you in Houston later this week!

*Online registration will close briefly sometime on Thursday, June 20, but will reopen. Attendees who still need to register and can pay by credit card can avoid the $50 on-site fee by registering online via a computer or other mobile device.
