ACBSP Excursions: Kansas City

As in past years, we like to offer some additional sightseeing opportunities in our Conference host city. We’re offering three opportunities to see different sides of Kansas City. All will take place on the evening of Saturday, June 9. See below for ticketing instructions.

The Roasterie
Tour is 1 hour long
$18 per person
Info: The Roasterie is our hometown coffee shop. This is a behind the scenes tour of the newly renovated factory, where you will learn how they source, produce, and brew coffee. Walk away with tips and tricks for your at-home coffee brewing and an overview of coffee brewing techniques from one of the knowledgeable tour guides. You will also receive a souvenir Roasterie pub glass and your choice of a sample of our Nitro, Cold Brew, or Iced Tea.

Aftermath of the Union Station MassacreGangster Tour
Tour is 1.5 Hours Long
$35 per person
Info: Kansas City was a favorite spot of the “old timers.” The Gangster Tour puts you hot on the trail of this city’s most notorious Goodfellas. Don’t make us twist your arm. Grab your chopper, hop on the bus and you’ll be immersed in a melodramatic look at mob homes and hangouts, turf wars and infamous crimes like the Union Station massacre.

Kansas City Trolley Tour

KC Trolley Tour
Tour is 1.5 hours long
$25 per person
Info: Get acquainted with the popular sights and local favorites Kansas City has to offer during a fully narrated 75 minute tour in a classic trolley car.

To book either the Roasterie Tour, Trolley Tour or Gangster Tour, email info@sparkdmc.com to purchase tickets. Mention that you are with ACBSP. All arranged tours for these three locations are private tours for our group at specific times, so they cannot be booked any other way but then through the email above.

Tours may be cancelled if interest is low. In addition, spots are limited. So grab your colleagues and friends and buy your tickets to one of these tours!
